Cash on Delivery Terms & Conditions

Note: Below terms & conditions are not applicable for prepaid (Paid via PayHere payments and bank transfers) customers.

What is Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)?

A type of transaction where the recipient pays for a good at the time of delivery.

How does it work with

Starting on 1st October 2022 customer has to pay us the delivery charge based on the weight before shipping the order. At the time of delivery only the product amount has to paid to the delivery agent.
Ex: Product value 1200 LKR + delivery charge 375 LKR = Total 1575 LKR. 375 LKR must be paid before, 1200 LKR can be paid at the delivery.

Cash on Delivery available for orders that do not exceed 20,000 LKR.

Cash on Delivery not available for CPU casings.

Upon checkout you will be prompted to selected payment method. Choose Cash on Delivery.

Customer will receive a separete link to pay the delivery charge which is mentioned on ebill. Delivery charges will calculate automictically through the website according to the weight of package.

Can a customer refuse a Cash on Delivery order?

Yes, but only for a valid reason. In this case, kindly inform the delivery agent the reason for refusing so that the order can be returned to us quickly.

Delivery charge will not be returned because the delivery companies will charge the full delivery amount based on the weight from us for failed cash on delivery orders.

Simple change of mind will not be honored.

We reserve the right to refuse further Cash on Delivery orders for customer who refuses Cash on Delivery orders without a valid reason.
